Postpartum care

Receive professional and compassionate support to establish successful feeding routines and overcome breast feeding challenges, as well as providing in-home physical, emotional and educational support to new parents and their growing family during the 4th trimester.

Rather than only taking care of baby, my primary goal is to ease the transition for the entire family.

Navigate the new parent phase with our comprehensive postpartum support, helping you adjust to life with your newborn and promoting family well-being.

Mom's health and recovery is just as important as babies and sometimes we overlook that. I do my best to ensure Mom and baby are doing well. Some things to remember are

Sleep often: Try to nap when the baby sleeps to make up for lost night time rest.

Eat well: Choose whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and lean proteins to keep your energy up.

Stay hydrated: Drink extra water throughout the day, especially if you are breastfeeding.

Limit heavy tasks: Avoid lifting anything heavier than your baby or doing strenuous chores until your doctor says it is safe.

Sleep Shaping

Develop healthy sleep habits for your baby and your family with personalized sleep coaching, ensuring everyone gets the rest they need. I support healthy sleep hygiene by providing overnight newborn care, educating parents on infant sleep cues, establishing gentle daytime routines, and managing night wakings so recovering parents can get critical, uninterrupted rest.
